- The author discusses how online learning suddenly became a necessity due to COVID-19 and how colleges now have to change to online learning so quickly. She then does over the SWOC( Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Challenges.) eLearning has compared to typical education. Finally, Dhawan goes into detail for suggestions on what changes colleges could implement to improve the effectiveness of online learning.

- Shivangi Dhawan- Shivangi an anassistant professor of Commerce at SGTB Khalsa College, the University of Delhi, for over 5 years and has finished writing 8 peer-reviewed articles on various topics. As she is an assistant professor, she had firsthand experience on how COVID has affected students and thus has authority on talking about the topic.

- The reading goes into detail about the issues colleges and students have with online education. I will be using them in my research paper for examples of what is wrong with the current learning system. I will also include the SWOC the author describes as well as the possible changes that could be made to improve the education itself. The reading as a whole will be used to explain the educational side of how distance learning has an effect on students.
